Belbin provides a practical snapshot of your team’s strengths, blind spots, and dynamics. It’s more than a personality test — it’s a way of seeing how people contribute in practice, where collaboration breaks down, and how to unlock better alignment.

I’m accredited in Belbin and use it as the gateway for every engagement. Whether we’re restarting, readjusting, or restructuring, the first step is always clarity on the team you have today. From there, we can decide what comes next.

The process is simple: each participant completes a short questionnaire with feedback from 4–6 colleagues, Belbin generates individual and team reports, and I facilitate a debrief to apply the insights.
